Ingredients:

  • Aces Wild OG Wicked Pig Tenderizer/Marinade

  • South Chicago Packing Wagyu Beef Tallow Spray

  • Boar's Night Out x Sweet Swine o' Mine Texas Tornado

  • CornCookers Clark Bark Charcoal Rub

  • Swanstrom Farms Ribeye Steaks




Directions:

  1. Soak it like you mean it.
    Drop those ribeyes in a marinade bath with OG Wicked Pig for about 30 minutes.

  2. Rinse 'n pat down.
    Pull ‘em out, give ‘em a rinse, pat ‘em dry.

  3. Spray & slay.
    Hit those steaks with the Wagyu tallow spray.

  4. Season like a pro.
    First, a layer of Texas Tornado. Then, come in with a heavy dusting of Clark Bark. Layers on layers.


  5. Smoke show.
    Into the smoker at 225°F. until internal temp reaches 130°F. 

  6. Fire dance.
    Once they’re almost too pretty to eat, yank ‘em out and sear for 2-3 minutes on both sides over a fire blazing with smokey woods lump charcoal. Crispy edges incoming!

  7. Wrap & nap.
    Let those beauties rest in foil for about 10-15 minutes.

  8. Slice 'n Serve.
    That bark? Crunchy. That inside? Juicy. That bite? Legendary
