Boar's Night Out x Sweet Swine o' Mine Texas Tornado

Swanstrom Farms Ribeye Steaks
Directions:

Soak it like you mean it.
Drop those ribeyes in a marinade bath with OG Wicked Pig for about 30 minutes. -
Rinse 'n pat down.
Pull ‘em out, give ‘em a rinse, pat ‘em dry. -
Spray & slay.
Hit those steaks with the Wagyu tallow spray. -
Season like a pro.
First, a layer of Texas Tornado. Then, come in with a heavy dusting of Clark Bark. Layers on layers. -
Smoke show.
Into the smoker at 225°F. until internal temp reaches 130°F. -
Fire dance.
Once they’re almost too pretty to eat, yank ‘em out and sear for 2-3 minutes on both sides over a fire blazing with smokey woods lump charcoal. Crispy edges incoming! -
Wrap & nap.
Let those beauties rest in foil for about 10-15 minutes. -
