- 2 lbs Prairie Fresh Bacon (15 slices per pack) (Sold In-Store Only)
Items:
- 14 Skewers
- Meat Thermometer
Seasonings:

Directions:
Prep the Pork:
- Take each 9-inch pork tenderloin and cut it in half (4.5-inch pieces).
- Skewer each piece lengthwise to keep it sturdy.
- Dust generously with Corncookers Hogzilla Rub—don’t hold back!
Wrap in Bacon:
- Take one or two slices of bacon and wrap it around each skewered pork tenderloin.
- Secure the bacon so it doesn’t unravel while cooking.
Season Again:
- Coat the outside with JDQ Sweet Garlic Rub for extra flavor.
Grill It:
- Preheat your grill to 300°F, this is the sweet spot for this cook.
- Place pork lollipops over indirect heat and let them roll for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the bacon is done to your liking.
- Pork tenderloin is perfect at 145°F internal temp, use a thermometer to check.
-
Final 10 minutes: Brush on Apple Hab glaze for that sticky-sweet finish.
Rest & Serve:
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
